Human Resources (HR) provides a variety of management and technical support to Commerce staff including: development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policy and procedure; position profiles and pay administration; recruitment and selection; performance management; payroll and benefit administration; career development and training; work environment assistance; and equal employment opportunity.
Goal
The goal of HR is to provide quality human resource services to Department of Commerce Divisions in support of the Department's vision, mission, goals and objectives.
