HELENA, Mont. – Montana homebuyers now have a new tool available to help make homeownership a reality. The Montana Board of Housing at the Montana Department of Commerce has launched the MBOH Plus 0% Deferred Down Payment Assistance Program, or MBOH Plus, created to make purchasing a home easier with down payment and closing costs assistance.

Governor Bullock Celebrates 38 New and Affordable Homes in Great Falls

Governor Steve Bullock Friday spoke to a crowd of local officials and state leaders at the grand opening of 38 affordable homes in Great Falls. The newly-built accessible apartments are for seniors and those living with a disability and funded by more than $7 million from the Montana Department of Commerce HOME Investment Partnership and Housing Credits programs.
