Public Notice: Transfer of State Land to Public Entity
Under authority of 77-2-351, MCA , the Montana Department of Commerce proposes to transfer the Great Plains Dinosaur Museum, 405 N 1st Street East, Malta, Montana, to the City of Malta, to be used for a public purpose. An Environmental Assessment checklist (MEPA required) is available below.

All public comments will be considered before a decision is final. Written comments may be submitted on or before October 31, 2008 to Department of Commerce, c/o Dave Cole, P.O. Box 200501, 301 S. Park, Helena, MT. 59620 or via email: dacole@mt.gov.
