U.S. Small Business Administration, Coronavirus Relief Options
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act contains $376 billion in relief for American workers and small businesses, such as: Paycheck Protection Program, EIDL Loan Advance, SBA Express Bridge Loans, and SBA Debt Relief.

U.S. Small Business Administration, Paycheck Protection Program
Known as the Paycheck Protection Program, the initiative provides 100% federally guaranteed loans to small businesses. Importantly, these loans may be forgiven if borrowers maintain their payrolls during the crisis or restore their payrolls afterward. U.S. Small Business Administration, Economic Injury Disaster Loan
Loans of up to $2 million to qualified businesses and nonprofits in declared disaster areas.
EIDL assistance is available only to small businesses when SBA determines they are unable to obtain credit elsewhere.

Emergency Conservation Program (ECP)
Provides assistance for natural disasters. This program provides provides emergency funding and technical assistance to rehabilitate farmland damaged by natural disasters.

Emergency Forest Restoration Program (EFRP)
Provides payments to eligible owners of rural nonindustrial private forest land to carry out emergency measures to restore forest health on land damaged by natural disaster events.

Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees, and Farm-Raised Fish Program (ELAP)
Provides payments to eligible producers of livestock, honeybees, and farm-raised fish to help compensate for losses due to weather or natural disasters.
