Montana Board of Housing’s Role in Habitat for Humanity
Montana Board of Housing has been working closely with Habitat for Humanity chapters across the state since 1997 to provide no- or very-low-interest-rate first mortgages for homebuyers who credit-qualify for the program. By providing financing for these mortgages, Montana Board of Housing frees up local Habitat Chapters’ funds for use in building additional homes.
