The Pro Forma and Subsidy Review Spreadsheet is required as part of applications for projects proposing to use funding through the Community Development Block Grant, Housing Trust Fund and HOME Investment Partnerships Programs. There are different spreadsheets for multi-family rental properties and for single-family housing for sale.
