The Montana Board of Housing requires that developers submit an Intake Form for Letter of Intent (LOI) and/or a full application. Please look below for further instructions.
Once you have submitted the intake form, please send an email to dochdmf@mt.gov with the project name.
Please also note for the LOI round to use market rate funding sources in the write up. If you would have used a coal trust loan in the funding stack, write that in the narrative and explain how many more units that could have added. If selected at the LOI stage and there are still coal trust funds available, we ask that you would submit a coal trust loan application along with your 9% application in August.
