Section 811 Supportive Housing
The Section 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) program allows individuals living with a disability to live independently in their community by supporting new or existing multifamily properties with the availability of supportive services for individuals and families who meet program requirements. The Montana Department of Commerce has partnered with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services to provide supportive services.
Multifamily Properties
Multifamily properties receive project-based rental assistance funding for apartments integrated in their properties that are set aside for extremely low-income persons with disabilities who are eligible for community-based long-term care services and support provided under a State Medicaid Program.
