Fair Housing Rights, Laws and Protections
Federal, state, and local fair housing laws provide security that protects Montanans from all types of discrimination in housing transactions. Housing transactions are all financial activities regarding your housing, such as rentals, sales, insurance etc. The fair housing motive is to ensure all individuals have equal housing transactions, without prejudice or biased interactions of any form.
