Montana C-PACE Financing

C-PACE (Commercial Property-Assessed Capital Enhancements) financing helps commercial property owners fund energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy projects.  It is available to a wide range of businesses, including offices, nonprofits (including places of worship), multi-tenant buildings, and agriculture.  Typical improvements include HVAC, lighting, building envelope, roofing insulation, elevators, water reuse, water fixtures, irrigation, motors, cogeneration, solar systems, and more.

Last Best PACE, Montana's C-PACE program, allows commercial property owners to cover up to 100% of project costs, repaid through a special property tax assessment with terms of 20+ years.  This enables projects to generate neutral or positive cash flow upon completion.
