The mission of the Montana Facility Finance Authority is to enhance Montana healthcare and community capabilities through access to cost-effective capital financing and development services. The MFFA provides nonprofits and businesses with access to low-cost capital through access to private activity bond financing. The MFFA also offers low-interest loans and planning grants for nonprofit healthcare organizations. The MFFA also works with Montana businesses that are improving their energy efficiency, installing renewable energy or improving their building’s resiliency.
