Montana Board of Housing’s Role in Habitat for Humanity
The MBOH has been working closely with Habitat for Humanity chapters across the state since 1997 to provide no- or very low-interest-rate first mortgages for homebuyers who credit-qualify for the program. By providing financing for these mortgages, MBOH frees up local Habitat chapters’ funds for use in building additional homes.
