Registration is open for the 2026 Montana Department of Commerce Governor’s Conference on Tourism, set for Sept. 16-18 in Great Falls. The event brings together more than 350 tourism and business professionals to educate, network and inspire one another.

This year, Commerce is offering rural immersive experiences in place of standard breakout sessions. These hands-on activities will showcase what Montana’s landscapes need to thrive. Experiences are available on a first-come, first-served basis to registered conference attendees. Visit eventsquid.com to sign up for experiences like a day in Fort Benton with historic bridge walks and authentic stories of the Blackfeet Tribe’s vital role in our heritage; a half-day tour of the C.M. Russell Museum in Great Falls; or a day exploring the underground streets and pulse of university life in Havre. Be sure to register by July 10 to receive early bird pricing.
