Montana Facility Finance Authority

The mission of the Montana Facility Finance Authority (Authority) is to enhance Montana healthcare and community capabilities through access to cost-effective capital financing and development services. The Authority provides non-profit health care providers with access to low-cost capital. The Authority does this through access to tax-exempt bond financing, low-interest loans and planning grants for non-profit healthcare organizations. The Authority also works with Montana business that are looking to access capital to expand manufacturing and those looking to improve their energy efficiency or install renewable energy to support their business.
