SHOT Show 2026 Another Success
The Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade Show is the largest annual event at the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum, attracting over 50,000 industry professionals each year. From Jan. 20-23, 2026, SHOT Show welcomed visitors from all 50 U.S. states and 126 countries. Montana held its own among the 2,800-plus exhibitors with a dedicated 400-square-foot space to debut the new Montana Brand and tout our state as a world-class tourism and business destination. Joining Commerce at this year’s booth were The Last Best Company, Detac Arms, Line49 Rifle, First Wave Fabrication and Crazy Creek Products. Game wardens with our state partner, Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks, were there answering questions about land use, hunting, block management and fishing licenses. On Wednesday, Jan. 21, Montana hosted companies from the shooting, hunting and outdoor industries exploring expansion or relocation to the Treasure State. Their interest reflects the leadership of Gov. Greg Gianforte in cutting red tape and championing pro-industry policies, along with the business-focused support of Director Bertoglio and the Commerce Business Attraction team, which helps companies successfully land and grow in Big Sky Country.
